Happy Sunday blogging family,
For all of us in the US we got an extra hour of sleep. Wow, did I need it! I ended up watching classic scary movies that are filmed near the beach. Has anyone seen The Last Wave? It made me jump and I love scary mysteries. The Birds was almost comical but The Fog was perfect for a Halloween night at the Pacific Coast.

It will still be the same format but the food will come mainly from the pantry and freezer. I’m trying to be mindful about the grocery store and providing space and time for those that need it.
So stay healthy out there – mind and body. We are all in this together and need to do our part. Now for a smoothie using an Acai packet I found in the freezer and some PB from the pantry. Continue reading
