For many years, I traveled the globe, studying and working in some of the world’s most beautiful locations. As I crossed continents, I found a commonality between cooking and storytelling.
With the stir of a whisk came an uplifting tale – a dash of spice evolved into a traditional song or dance. I realized that food was another form of expression – a joyful part of life.
Most of the traditional dishes I cooked in Greece and Italy were plant-based. Now that I’m stateside, I decided to dive into unchartered waters and spend a year on a plant-based diet. I’m excited to share with you my journey and helpful tips along the way.
