Hello and welcome!

For many years, I traveled the globe, studying and working in some of the world’s most beautiful locations. As I crossed continents, I found a commonality between cooking and storytelling and always jumped at the opportunity to help prepare a family meal. About

With the stir of a whisk came an uplifting tale – a dash of spice evolved into a traditional song or dance. I realized that food was another form of expression – a joyful part of life.

Now that I’m stateside, I decided to merge my passions into one blog. My goal is to take you on a journey where you can see, taste and feel the splendor of the Mediterranean. I hope you’ll find that cooking and literature go together like popcorn and movies.

If you’re not sure where to start, try my favorite Recipes  for delicious Mediterranean dishes. If you are a book reader, then my Inspirational Authors page is for you! And don’t forget to catch a sneak-peek of my latest short story, Dolce. At the end of each excerpt is a link to more delicious heart-healthy foods.

Feel free to hang here and fire away with questions or comments. I’d love to hear from you!

Your friend,

Ellie Bleu
