Hello and Welcome!

For many years, I traveled the globe, studying and working in some of the world’s most beautiful locations. Although I valued my time dedicated to international aid, something was always missing in my life – my love for writing and cooking.

About

Recently, I discovered my most prized treasure tucked safely in my grandmother’s attic: my recipe journal from Greece. Its worn tan cover is splattered with olive oil, flour dust left between the pages, and corners folded over to mark favorite recipes. Some pages are filled with photographs, reminders of my time with classmates and friends, or ingredient substitutions I scribbled after each visit to the market. There are even doodles from afternoons spent in cafés.

I can’t wait to share my journal with you. There are so many authentic Greek Recipes like Spanakopita, Baklava, and traditional mezes. I also have tips, like sourcing local honey, and funny anecdotes about my brief but memorable time studying Archaeology in Athens.
