For many years, I traveled the globe, studying and working in some of the world’s most beautiful locations. As I crossed continents, I found a commonality between cooking and storytelling. About

With the stir of a whisk came an uplifting tale – a dash of spice evolved into a traditional song or dance. I realized that food was another form of expression – a joyful part of life.

Most of the traditional dishes I cooked in Greece, Spain and Italy were plant-based so that’s what you’ll see in this blog. I’m excited to share with you my literary and culinary journey. Look for helpful tips along the way.
